RESORT REGULATIONS
(1) Rooms in the resort are rented for the day, the hotel day is from 16:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 the next day.
(2) Curfew at the resort is from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.
(3) Guests are required to check in and pay for their stay within the first 30 minutes of arrival. The stay fee is not refundable if the stay is shortened.
(4) Guests may use the resort's attractions by prior arrangement with the resort staff.
(5) The resort is not responsible for lost money, securities and other valuables and belongings of Guests left in the rooms and on the premises.
(6) Items left at the resort, will be sent back at the expense of the Guest to the address indicated by the Guest. Otherwise, they will be kept for 7 days and then we will donate them to charity or for public use. Food items will not be stored. If the Guest intentionally leaves his/her belongings that will prevent the Guest from renting the room again, the Guest will be charged for packing the belongings and for hiring an outside company to transport and store the left items. The resort does not have its own storage space.
(7) The guest of the resort shall be held financially responsible for damage or destruction of furnishings, technical equipment and equipment shortages caused by his or her fault or the fault of visitors. The resort has the right to charge the credit card or issue an additional bill to the Guest for the damage caused also after his departure. The same rule applies if the Guest sets off the fire alarm due to acts of vandalism or does not comply with the smoking ban.
(8) Guests are prohibited to take items of resort equipment outside the premises. It is possible to rent some items of equipment (e.g. beach towels). Reception will inform about the details.
9.During an approaching storm or rain and the absence of Guests on the premises, the staff has the right to enter the room with the windows or balcony doors ajar to close them in order to protect things from damage.

11.Visitors who are not checked in may stay in the room from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
(12) The Resort may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, while living previously, has grossly violated the rules and regulations causing damage to the property of the Resort or Guests.
13. the Resort is not responsible for damage, loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest and items left in it. The parking lots of the resort are monitored but unguarded.
14.The room may not accommodate more persons than are temporarily checked in. In case of exceeding the allowed number of people has the right to deregister any additional person or require additional payment.
(15) The stay of pets on the premises is possible only with prior permission and for an additional fee and only in selected types of rooms.
16) Failure to inform the resort reception of having a pet in the room will result in a fee of 500 PLN and a charge according to the daily rate for the pet.
17) Any damage to the resort property or property of other guests caused by animals, will be valued by the owner of the facility, and the cost of their restoration or new purchase, delivery of installation will be charged to the owners of the animal.
18.During meals, please do not bring animals into the dining room.
19.Complaints about the technical condition can be made within 3 hours of accommodation. Damages not reported or caused during the stay will be charged at the prevailing value, and the amount of repair will be charged to the Guest.
20. the Guest during his stay in the resort is obliged to clean the rented premises.
21 The Guest may waive the cleaning and have the staff perform this service upon payment of the fee according to the price list.
(22) The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation for reasons beyond its control (decision of state authorities, acts of God, nature, etc.), the service recipient is not entitled to compensation for this reason.
(23) Cancellation for fortuitous reasons shall be treated as a cancellation due to the fault of the customer with the resulting consequences.
(24) Smoking is prohibited in the entire facility (including balconies and room terraces, as smoke enters the room, which interferes with other guests) except in designated areas. In case of smoking in the room, an amount of PLN 500 will be added to the bill of the registered person, including cleaning and ventilating the room and additional laundry and cleaning of equipment.
25) The Resort has a statutory right of lien on the property brought by the Guest to the facility in the event of a Guest's delay in paying for the stay or failure to pay for the services provided.
(26) Making a reservation implies acceptance of the rules and regulations of the stay by Guests.
(27) All Guests are required to comply with the regulations.
28.In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the tourist services and the Civil Code shall apply. Please refer to the other regulations of the resort located on our website www.noiresort.pl/regulaminy.

Regulations of Wellness and SPA area at noi Resort
Purchasing Wellness and SPA services or staying in the Wellness and SPA area of noi Resort is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
Regulations of the Wellness zone include an indoor Jacuzzi, a terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi, a relaxation room with salt inhalation, and a sauna zone including a Finnish sauna, a wet sauna and an aromatic biosauna

Regulations of the indoor playroom at noi Resort The Playroom is located in noi resort on level -1 and is open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, it is forbidden to use the room outside the opening hours. Children enter the Playroom smiling and eager to play The Playroom is designed for children between the ages of 1 and 11. Parents or guardians of children are responsible for the safety of children using the playroom. Children are allowed to stay and use all the attractions of the playroom only under the supervision of at least one adult. In the playroom, children stay regardless of the season only in socks or tights, footwear should be removed before entering the room and left in the designated place. All equipment and toys in the playroom may only be used for their intended purpose. Noi Resort is not responsible for the occurrence of injuries or damages caused by improper use of playroom equipment. If a physical injury is sustained while using the playroom, this fact must be reported to staff immediately, or the injury will be deemed not to have occurred on the playroom premises. Parents or guardians are responsible for damage to the property or health of other persons using the playroom, caused by children in their care. Noi Resort is not responsible for items left by those using the playroom. In the playroom it is categorically forbidden to: pushing people co-using the playroom equipment taking out of the playroom any elements of its equipment bringing own food and beverages to the playroom and consuming food and beverages use of alcoholic beverages and intoxicants in the playroom enter the room with animals 12. for reasons of health safety of all persons using the hall, the staff of noi Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to children who are visibly ill.

Water Equipment Rental Regulations
General Provisions
1. Using equipment rented by noi Resort means familiarization with and acceptance of these regulations.
2. Guests of the resort, hereinafter referred to as Water Equipment Tenants, when using the services of the resort undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety regulations, fire regulations and to follow the instructions of the resort staff servicing the rental.
3. The resort is not liable for damages resulting from the failure of the Water Equipment Tenants to comply with the rules and regulations contained in these regulations.
4. In the absence of a marina employee or in their immediate vicinity, please contact us by phone at: 506068544.
5. The first aid kit is located in the resort building.
Rules for renting water equipment
1. Water equipment is rented: a. to adults upon presentation of a valid photo ID, b. to minors (over 14 years of age) upon presentation of a swimming card and presentation of a document with a photo and address. PLEASE NOTE! A minor cannot take a second minor who does not have a swimming card on board the rented equipment; an adult with water equipment can only take one person who cannot swim on board the rented equipment.
2. Water equipment rental is subject to a fee.
3. The fee for renting water equipment must be paid at the reception desk of the Centre, in advance for the entire planned period of use, in accordance with the currently applicable price list. In the event of cancellation of the rental, the Centre will not refund the fee already paid.
4. The equipment may be issued to the Lessee of water equipment and later returned only in the presence of a Marina employee. It is prohibited to unilaterally return equipment to the Marina during the absence of a Marina employee, in particular by leaving the returned equipment, additional equipment and accessories unattended, near the building of the Centre. Such behavior will NOT be considered a properly made return of water equipment and does not release the Lessee of water equipment from financial responsibility for the rented water equipment.
5. The equipment will be issued to the Lessee of water equipment by the Marina employee on duty after the appropriate fee for renting water equipment has been paid in advance, in accordance with the applicable price list at the reception of the Centre.
6. The equipment is rented for a period of one clock hour (or a multiple thereof).
7. The Lessee of water equipment may use the water equipment available at the Centre only within the lake area. It is not permitted to move or transport rented water equipment outside the area of Lake Rożnowskie.
8. In the event of a wish to extend the rental period of water equipment, Water Equipment Lessee is required to express consent to this and obtain consent to extend the rental at the reception desk of the Centre, which maintains the schedule of water equipment rentals, before the date/time at which the rental period previously paid for by the Water Equipment Lessee expires.
9. The person renting water equipment is not entitled to make the rented equipment available to third parties, in particular persons not registered at the Centre, without the consent of the Centre management, even if the period for which the fee was paid has not expired.
10. The Centre reserves the right to refuse to rent equipment to persons who: 1. are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, 2. behave aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar, 3. in the past, while renting water equipment, used the equipment in an improper manner and caused its damage, and then did not properly fulfil the obligation to pay the costs of removing the resulting defects or damage.
11. The provision of the water equipment rental service by the Centre consists of providing clean and tidy equipment, ready for use at its mooring place and providing the water equipment Lessee with information about the equipment and technical condition of the equipment.
12. Upon handing over the equipment by the Centre employee, the water equipment Lessee becomes the person financially responsible for the equipment and additional items provided for use. Immediately after receiving the equipment or during such receipt, the water equipment Lessee is obliged to check the actual technical condition and equipment. In the event of any discrepancies in relation to the information obtained about the equipment and technical condition of the provided water equipment by the Marina employee, this fact should be reported immediately to the Centre staff. The current water equipment Lessee is responsible for any noticed and unreported deficiencies or defects of the water equipment or its equipment.
13. Any defects resulting from the use of the rented water equipment should be reported to the Marina employee on an ongoing basis.
14. The water equipment Lessee bears full responsibility for damaged or lost items provided for use.
15. Damage resulting from improper use of rented equipment or transferred property of the Resort, and resulting from reasons attributable to the Lessee of water equipment, is settled on the spot. In the event that it is impossible to determine the cost of repairing damaged equipment, it is permissible to make an assessment of the damage within 7 days.
16. Comments regarding the quality of water equipment rental services provided by the Resort or the technical condition of the rented equipment, submitted after the completion of the services and return of the water equipment to the Marina employee, will not be considered.
17. Any change in the previously agreed and paid period/term of use of water equipment (e.g. resignation from its use due to, e.g. bad weather conditions) does not entitle to a reduction in the rental costs and a refund of any funds paid as a fee for equipment rental. 18. The return of water equipment by the Lessee shall be made by mooring the equipment at exactly the same mooring place from which the equipment was collected and reporting to the Marina employee readiness to return the water equipment. The Marina Employee/Resort Staff in the presence of the water equipment Lessee will check the technical condition and equipment of the equipment and provide the relevant information to the Resort reception.
Order regulations and rules for the use of water equipment
1. The Marina Employee is obliged to make entries in the Marina Register each time the equipment is handed over to the Lessee. The entries concern the type of rented equipment, its technical condition, indicate the person of the water equipment Lessee responsible for the equipment, specify the paid rental period, as well as the date/time of the start of the rental and the date/time of the expected return of the rented equipment.
2. The Marina Employee is strictly prohibited from storing documents, telephones and other valuable items belonging to the water equipment Lessee.
3. Minors may use water equipment only when accompanied by an adult.
4. The number of people swimming on a given water equipment cannot exceed the standard for a given unit.
5. The Marina employee is obliged to issue life jackets or safety jackets to all persons using the rented water equipment before sailing out onto the lake. Persons sailing out are obliged to put on the jackets.
6. The renter of water equipment for the entire rental period, i.e. from the moment of accepting the equipment until the moment of returning it to the Marina employee, bears full responsibility, including financial responsibility, for the entrusted water equipment, life jackets/safety jackets, oars and other additional equipment and accessories issued to the water equipment renter by the Marina employee and in the event of their damage or loss, is obliged to cover all costs of repairing or replacing this equipment.
7. Defects in water equipment transferred for rent should be reported to the Marina employee before it is used, i.e. before sailing out of the Marina. Defects reported after the water equipment has been used will be deemed to have been made by the current water equipment renter.
8. It is prohibited to bring and consume alcohol and intoxicants into the Marina, as well as while using water equipment. Water equipment is not rented to persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
9. It is prohibited to consume alcohol while using water equipment.
10. It is prohibited to swim with water equipment near the beach and designated bathing areas, sit on the bow, sides or stern of water equipment, rock the equipment, jump from water equipment into the water.
11. It is prohibited to use water equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.
12. Water equipment must return to the Marina and be properly returned to the Marina employee at the agreed time (an additional fee will be charged for each commenced hour of delay in returning water equipment in accordance with the currently applicable price list).
13. It is forbidden to behave in a way that endangers your own safety and the safety of other passengers of water equipment.
14. It is forbidden to transfer water equipment to third parties not entered in the Marina Register as persons authorized to dispose of the equipment.
Final provisions
1. Any complaints regarding improperly provided services should be reported directly to the Resort's reception desk. Complaints filed after the end of the provision of services will not be considered.
2. These regulations are made available to the Lessee through: making water equipment available to the Lessee by the Resort's reception desk during the booking and rental of water equipment.
3. These regulations have been approved by the Resort's management and are effective from 01.05.2024.
4. In matters not covered by these regulations, the Resort's management or the Management Board of the company managing the Resort decides.
